We want you love your items and your shopping experience but understand that returns happen occasionally. If you are unhappy with your item(s), you may return the eligible item(s) for an exchange within 30 days of your purchase. If you have any questions regarding this policy, feel free to contact us at info@sirenstudio.art.

Eligible Items for Return

• Returns must be received within 30 days of receipt of delivery of merchandise.

• Items must be returned to us in new condition, free of makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains and/or odor. Items that are not will be shipped back to you at your expense.

• All sale items, personalized or custom items, and group orders are FINAL SALE.

Return Policy.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

• Refunds are issued back in the form of online credit.

Please allow 5-7 business days once package is received for return to be processed. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and the store credit has been issued. 

Order Issues

• Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received a defective item you must contact us at info@sirenstudio.art within 3 days of receipt. Please include a picture of your damaged or defective items for us to process a replacement.
